Our story

Built around the workshop, not the showroom

SportSanga began in 2014 as a small contract workshop in Sialkot supplying European boxing gyms. We invested back into the craft — kept the cutters who knew leather grain, trained the next generation, and added the compliance certifications buyers asked for. Today we operate three production lines, a quality lab, and a print-and-sublimation room covering 18,000 sq ft, but every glove and every kit still passes through a human hand before it leaves the floor.

Who we make for

SportSanga supplies sports clubs, gyms, academies, schools, retailers, and wholesale distributors across the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Poland, the United States, Canada, and Australia. About 60% of our volume goes to clubs and gyms — the rest to private-label brands and regional distributors. Every order ships from our Sialkot factory under FOB, CIF, or DDP terms with full export documentation.

What we make

Four product families, all manufactured in-house:

- Boxing & MMA — pro and training gloves, focus mitts, head guards, body protectors, shin guards, hand wraps, kit bags. Full-grain leather, microfiber, and engineered foam. - Football & soccer — match balls (FIFA Quality / IMS reference specs), training balls, goalkeeper gloves, club kit, training bibs, socks. - Cricket — English willow Grades 1–4 bats, Kashmir willow bats, batting gloves, pads, helmets, club whites and coloured kit. - Sports garments — custom team kit, training wear, warm-ups, hoodies, polos, and merchandise. Sublimation, embroidery, and woven labels — branded for your club or label.

Who runs it

SportSanga is family-run. Our founder, Shakil Ahmad Khan, grew up in the Sialkot trade and has been on the cutting bench since 2008. The senior team — production manager, QA lead, and export-documentation lead — averages 12 years on the floor. We hire from the local craft community in Sialkot, train internally, and pay above the regional manufacturing baseline. That is why our retention is high and our defect rate is low.

How we work with clubs

A typical club engagement: you send your spec or a reference sample, we ship a confirmed prototype within 7–14 days, you approve, and we run production to your delivery date. Minimum order quantity starts at 50 units per SKU for most lines. Branding — embroidery, sublimation, embossed leather, woven labels, custom hangtags — is included; we don't surcharge for the work that makes a club kit feel like yours.

Yes. About 45% of our annual volume ships to UK and EU buyers — clubs, gyms, academies, schools, and distributors. We support DDP terms and provide all REACH and customs documentation.
Do you manufacture custom team kit and sports garments?
Yes. Sublimation-printed kit, embroidered training wear, custom warm-ups, club merchandise — all manufactured in-house. We do not outsource garments to third-party stitching units.

What is the typical lead time for a club order?
4–6 weeks from sample approval for most lines. Larger or fully bespoke runs are 6–8 weeks. We quote a confirmed ship-date with every PO.

Yes — our MOQ starts at 50 units per SKU. Smaller pilot runs can be arranged on agreed terms, common for new clubs validating designs before committing to a full season's buy.
